S.O.A.R. is a 6-month intense Management Development Program for Managers and
Supervisors identified for promotion to the next level but in need of additional training in four
key areas: Financial /Revenue Management, Operations, Leadership, and Emotional
Intelligence. Development in these areas is necessary to move to the next level of management.
It focuses on identifying vertical and lateral opportunities for advancement or
progression for each employee selected.
This program content is customized by position and industry needs. The Program focuses on industry/company knowledge development, blended learning sessions, world class experiences and accessibility to outside resources to enhance skills charted for career progression.
Qualification guidelines to participate in this program are developed with the leadership of the organization. Employees need to apply for participation in this program with leadership recommendation. Mentors and program guides are selected from the Executive levels of management..
